🎥 Video Interview with Yuliia Vyshnevska:

Our conversation explores how Yuliia went from a single “wild west” experience on a vertical set to co-founding one of Vancouver’s fastest-growing vertical drama production companies. She talks about what it actually takes to run a lean, high-speed production and why treating your crew with respect isn’t just the right thing to do, it’s what keeps a fast-moving set on track.

Yuliia also shares how her and co-founder are thinking about AI, integrating it deliberately into post-production for things like product placements and VFX cost reduction, while making sure actor consent remains central to any use of the technology. And she offers her predictions for 2026, a year she believes will be “super, super fruitful” for verticals, with more platforms, more talent, and the first real signs of union involvement and major industry players entering the space.
